In an advisory position with local governments, not-for-profit organizations, and CMHC, Mike has created strong partnerships to move the cause of affordable housing forward.

Peter and Mike arrived on the KW development scene in 1999 and quickly adapted to big city business. Nine years later, with twelve developments complete, Momentum Developments was formed to bring Urban condominiums to KW. Projects grew from mid-rise to high-rise with a total of 1200 units developed. Our focus on constant improvement put us on the leading edge with innovations in parking management, process software, EV charging and Geothermal HVAC system. Now they are applying this experience to the need for affordable housing solutions.
Starting with our first apartment building in 1999, we have experience ranging from single family homes to high rise condominiums. Our passion lies in finding innovative solutions to housing challenges.
